Pet Friendly
At The Avenue Coral Gables, hospitality extends to every member of the family — including your four-legged companions. From welcome treats to essential accessories, our Canine Concierge service includes curated touches that enhance your pet’s stay while adding convenience and care for you. Dogs up to 50 lbs are welcome for a $30 per dog, per day fee, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay.
Our dedicated dog-friendly concierge team is available to guide you to Miami’s best dog parks, pet boutiques, and grooming salons, ensuring your pets are treated like the VIPs they are. As part of our amenity program, dog bowls and mats are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
House Rules
For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay on a leash or in a carrier while in public spaces. While we know accidents happen, any damages or extra cleaning may incur additional costs.
